This patient came to us unhappy with different size and shaped breasts and areolas. We used a 375cc silicone implant to give her more cleavage. We also performed a mastopexy (lift) at the same time to decrease her areola size and put her nipple/areolas back in a more appropriate position.
This patient came to us unhappy with her breasts and abdomen after having children. We performed a mastopexy to decrease the size of her areolas and lift them back into a more appropriate position. A 325cc silicone implant was used to replace the volume she had lost. We performed an abdominoplaty to remove the excess fat and skin from her abdomen while simultaneously tightening her abdominal muscles. Liposuction of her flanks (love handles) was also performed for better contour.
This patient came to us unhappy with the droop to her breasts and the loss of volume. She was also unhappy with the excess skin and roundness to her abdomen. After her mastopexy and augmentation her nipple position is in a better location and the volume has been restored using a 375cc silicone implant. The excess skin and fat have been removed from her abdomen and the muscles tightened. Liposuction of her flanks (saddle bags) would have helped improve her sides, however she chose not to have that done at the time of surgery.
This patient came to our office unhappy with the droop to her breasts and excess skin and fat of her abdomen. After a mastopexy, her nipple position is improved and she has a nice, natural look. Her abdominal muscles were tightened and the excess skin and fat removed from her abdomen.
After massive weightloss, this patient came to us complaining of excess skin. Her nipple position was quite low as her breasts have lost volume. She had a significant amount of skin on her abdomen, however she did not have much excess fat. After her abdoinoplasty and mastopexy her nipple position is improved, her volume has been replaced in her breasts and the excess skin from her abdomen has been removed.
After significant weight loss this patient came to us unhappy with the extra skin and droop to her breasts. She had lost almost all the volume because of her weight loss. After a mastopexy and augmentation, her nipple position is improved and her volume restored. She is very happy and feels much better about her appearance in a bathing suit, bra and clothes.
