This patient came to our office complaining of the deep creases around her mouth, nasal-labial folds and lower eyelids. She was also unhappy with her neck and jowls. After a face lift, fat transfers to the nasal-labial folds, jowls, lips and lower eyelids with laser resurfacing performed 8 weeks later, she has a significant improvement.
This patient is relatively young, but was unhappy with the extra skin and fat in her neck and face. After a facelift she has a nice, natural improvement to her neck, jaw line and face. With the addition of laser resurfacing eight weeks later, her fine lines have been softened and pigmentation irregularities are improved. She is very pleased with her more youthful appearance.
